So I hope everyone is doing well. I am actually starting to do better. I switched up some of my medications which has helped a lot.
Some things I've been working on and learning is about not isolating myself. My mom is often the only person I'll talk to throughout the week and she is now on her way to Indonesia, so with that removed I am making new friendships and trying to be intentional about pursuing those women to reach out to and help each other with the loneliness of being a stay at home mom.
I've also learned that I need to pray. You'd think growing up in the church, that would be a habit I already have, but I think sometimes it becomes something taken forgranted. When I am more depressed or anxious I am constantly aware of my need for God just to get through a day. But as soon as things start to look up, I stop "looking up."
I'm just thankful God is so patient with me. Lord knows I need it. :)

Hess - thanks for letting me in your life. Auntie K.
Hi friend. Shoot me an email sometime. I hope you are doing well! Little Ella is beautiful!
Heather, I just found your blog through Ginger Chirgwin's and I wanted to thank you for your open and honest sharing. I have struggled with a thought disorder for years- OCD /anxiety/depression so I know a little of the torment that goes along with it so I just had to write and acknowledge how brave you are to share. It will make a difference in many people's lives I know. Thanks again cuz I feel exposed even writing that much!
Hi,
You are receiving this email based on the value I feel your website and the services you offer from your website holds. As the Chief Editor for Counselor.org I continually strive to find the best resources I feel are relevant to what we offer (FREE information), and make sure these resources are available to my users as well. I would like to commend you for the work you have put into your website and offer you the possibility of being included as a Featured Resource on Counselor.org. Please understand this is done for two reasons: First and Foremost I feel your website would offer an excellent service to my viewing public and would be a great addition to what is commonly considered one of the larger counseling informational databases online. Secondly, I see a ton of value in your website and would be pleased to have some exposure on your website as well. Please understand this offer is not given to many and will not be revisited in the future. I have included our Counseling Network Resources for your review, I can send the code to you at your request. Please reply with your relevant "Link" information and site description, as always I welcome all questions or thoughts, Thank you for the time it has taken to read this.
If you need more information please email me back with the subject line as your URL.
Thank You,
Samantha Burner
